Holiday Memories Brunch and Craft Show
While helping my Mom set up her table for the Holiday Memories Brunch, I was blessed with a wonderful opportunity! A vendor was not able to make it for the show and they were in need of someone to occupy an empty booth...OF COURSE I WILL! The event was a huge success and I was able to make a lot of great contacts, and share my baking with very receiving customers. These are the events that always keep baking exciting and fun!
Holiday Sweets
I have found my new favorite Thanksgiving treat...GINGERSNAP WHOOPIE PIES! They are two homemade soft gingersnap cookies sandwiched with cream cheese icing. They can be dipped in white chocolate or dusted with powdered sugar, delicious either way!
Another new recipe is this pumpkin mousse cake. Two fluffy genoise surrounded by a light pumpkin mousse.
My First "Art" Display
I had the privilege of displaying my cakes at the November First Friday Art Trail. There was a great turnout and I met a lot of wonderful people. This was the first display of my new logo and everyone seemed to enjoy my work. It is always reassuring to hear positive feedback and see people enjoying my work.

Mr. & Mrs. Green's Wedding
I had the privilege of doing my beautiful cousin's wedding cake in Nashville, Tennessee. The small wedding of about 50 people was in a small chapel off the beaten path. You could feel the love the couple had for each other as well their love for God. I was so honored to be part of their special day!
